Dallas - TV Theme recreated by Julian Croot

This is my cover of the theme tune from Dallas, the 1980's TV show.
I worked out all the parts by ear and recreated it from scratch using mostly EastWest Hollywood Orchestra VST and a few other VST instruments.

While I never watched Dallas back in the 80's, I always tuned in for the theme tune and it brings back fond memories from my childhood when the whole family, including those now departed, would sit round the TV on a Sunday night.

Each season of the show had a different version of the theme tune, so my version here is a bit of a 'best of' version, where I've tried to replicate elements I liked best from each season'. But it is completely unique and built from scratch. It is NOT overdubbed and I've not sampled any part of the original recordings.

MEGA WOOWWWW, A super classic of American TV series with a memorable theme... how many memories!!! What a GREAT job you did on this :O I can only imagine how many times you had to listen to the various instruments to break down sounds/effects/chords etc. and figure out how to recreate them!! The themed video editing is fantastic and fun (I love cats and yours is particularly beautiful and affectionate :D) Really congratulations my dear friend, also for your determination and patience to create a project of this type...
