Back at it again with another beautiful recipe from my new book Together. This time I'm giving you one of the dishes from the 'elegant simplicity' chapter. Its a really delicate but flavoursome pasta salad, in the book I serve it up with a flat fish but really its a dish that totally stands up on its own. Give it a go guys, elegant and delicious!

Everytime I watch a recipe from Jamie Oliver, I remember why he's always been one of my favorite chefs. The main ingredients are simple and fresh, there is the smell of the garden, the earth, a touch of the Mediteranean, a touch of England, the warmth and togetherness, the family feel, the "rustic" (actually sophisticated) cooking technique. Just "fry" orzo on a butter or olive oil (minute or so) - until golden brown, before you cook it in the water. Thats how we do it in Slovakia. Its just fantastic.

I'm "very" organized while cooking. I remember cooking a Jamie Oliver 30 minute meal many times (same recipe)....each time it took at least 2 hours!!! Sent an email to Jamie's team...they said "I should be more organized" ....The time it takes to cook...is completely wrong...add 2 hours...but ALL IS WORTH IT!!! DELICIOUS!!!

I’ll be honest, not always a fan of Jamie’s recipes but this looks absolutely fantastic. 5 decent servings there with all pretty cheap ingredients. Bravo Jamie

He is my most favorite chef. I am now 36 weeks pregnant this 36 weeks I tried only his recipes. Because I can't any exotic spices. He is now my 3 years old son's favorite too.

Orzo pasta is my fave will definitely make it this way apart from sieving the tomatoes. I like them the way they came out the oven
