So incompetent she ruined a dog's behaviour. Never have children, you can't 'rehome' those.

Nah, don't blame the dog. She inadvertently taught him those negative behaviors.

Poorly raised a dog now trying to fix it with medication, hope she doesn't make kids. That dog deserves a better owner.

Her mother has given her over 200, 000$ and not a single penny into getting her dog trained, she should never have a pet again.

She probably doesn’t exercise the dog enough so the dog has become destructive. I hope the pup ends up with a much better family that won’t think of her as a burden

Rehoming is sad, especially for the dog, but imagine the neglect that would keep happening to this poor dog if she doesn't rehome her. I hope the dog gets an amazing new owner and bonds to them very quickly.

I’d have anxiety too if my supposed best friend with bad money habits locked me in a cage for a whole damn month.

The dog has major separation anxiety and cant be put in a crate, so i borded it for a month away from me where they put the dog in a crate at night. The stupidity of some people

As someone who has 6 dogs. Separation anxiety is one of the easiest things to work with. Its time consuming but super easy to fix!!! Im a professional dog groomer and have worked with dogs that have this issue! I work with dogs who have difficulties, this is one of the easiest things to train out that just takes time❤

As someone who has a dog with mild separation anxiety i can tell you it’s 100% my fault because i love being near her and created a bad habit. I do enough to make sure she can at least be crated at home but it’s MY fault she cries when i leave.

Terrible dog owner, no accountability, turns to medication as soon as difficulty arises. What a bad person. You’re too nice Caleb

Caleb got so mad at her, his voice went up 3 octaves

I have a dog with severe separation anxiety. It can be managed, if you take the time and effort to work with him/her.

Imitating her playing her phone games was savage but hilarious.

If I couldn’t see my dog for a month it would tank my mental health. Idk if I will even be able to go a month after my dog dies without looking for another dog, or at least volunteering at a shelter

I couldn't leave my cats alone for 2 nights without someone visiting them. And I have 2 cats that keep each other company. I can't imagine doing that to a dog for a month. Every dog I've met doesn’t do nearly as well as my cats on their own. I hope that dog gets rehomed to someone who wants to take care of it and actually make it part of the family.

Well no wonder the dog has separation anxiety if you're boarding it for months at a time. She probably thinks she was abandoned and then when you pick her up she doesn't want to ever leave you again.

Also unless the dog is hurting itself in the crate, any dog can be crated and it's very very important you teach them as puppies to be crated because they'll be crated every time they go to the vet, the groomer, if you travel with them, and it's just for general safety

My vet told me to put my dog (puppy at the time) in a crate so that she would not destroy things and she would feel safe. It worked for her. Eventually, she didn’t need the crate although I still kept her out of the living room when I was at work. The crate was always there for her if she wanted it. She died last year at almost 28 years old 😢. This person (and I use the term loosely) should never have a dog.

My dog's separation anxiety used to be awful when I got him. He tore them up (mostly clothes or books but sometimes knickknacks), be inconsolable, and even had plenty of potty accidents, but those were also out of fear of men. Crate training was such a life saver for both of us. It provides a safe place for the dog, physically but also emotionally, kind of like how we view our rooms as our little safe haven.

You have to put in the work for them. That money could have went to inbroad training school where they focus for that same amount of time on training the dog and unlearning some unsafe or unwanted behaviors of the dog. Medicine can help but it genuinely sounds like the dog just needs a more constructive environment with an owner who can give the dog what it needs to thrive and become a happier dog.
