For everyone wondering, the sun starts rising just after 4am in the UK at the peak of summer due to the latitude of the UK being closer to the north pole. The sun is usually fully risen closer to 5am and it’s broad daylight 6am onwards. Judging by the shadows in this video when she was in Nine Elms (the area where the market is), it was closer to 6am as the shadow was shallow so the sun was very low. So yes it can be this bright so early in the morning but probably not at the crack of dawn at 4am.

Tip from a biologist, cut the stems under water and in a diagonal. The flowers will stay longer fresh😊
