Configuring an S3 and DynamoDB Backend for Terraform and GitHub Actions

In this video, I'll use a Cloudformation template to deploy an S3 bucket and DynamoDB table to serve as a state-storage backend for Terraform that can be used for your GitHub Actions Workflows.
