What's New in Flutter 1.9

Flutter 1.9 is here and ready for all your widget needs with some cool new features! In this release we have more built-in widgets, iOS style updates, support for additional locales, Dart 2.5 with the foreign function interface, and more.

For those who can't find previewFlutterStructuredErrors, look for flutterStructuredErrors without the preview keyword. And also make sure plugins/extensions on IDEs are up to date.

Just after one week working with Flutter I can tell I'm far more productive when compared with React Native development. By providing a wide range of widgets, with very nice native design, I don't have to style every single element in my app. Flutter is awesome.

Love the cli for flutter! Upgrades have gone smoothly for me so far. Can't wait to try the new debugging format. That filter on any widget looks interesting as well. Can't wait for flutter officially for web!!

For those who want to know how to activate web in flutter sdk, run:

flutter config --enable-web
flutter run -d chrome

But make sure to deliver javascript alternatives for the native plugins you're using ;)

By the way: you will find so much errors in published plugins if you go through the debugging steps while making your plugins work!

Is there a Hindi locale as well? BTW, thanks Flutter Team. Can you consider updating the documentation so that we can see the look of the widget? I know that some widgets do have this, but they only show the code. If there was a GIF as well, that would be great. Thanks again.... :)
