Poor tournament all around by Jamaica. We shouldn't have made it out of the group stage but we did. Barely. Had Curacao scored that shot from hooi, we would be finish. Honduras should have had at least a draw in Kingston. Many shoulda, woulda, coulda and that sums up a team playing with just luck. Poor playing and coaching can only get you so far until your luck expires. Therefore we are fooling ourselves if we think there are positives to pull from this tournament as Whitmore states. For me Haiti and Curacao play way better football than us. From cohesiveness, the basics of the game all the way to tactical displays. I saw all throughout the tournament players standing right next to each other and failing to complete simple passes; numerous of occasions...wondering if some of these guys have sight. Just the basics of football was a failure.
Jamaicans need to demand more from coaches and administrators or quit playing the game. It is a waste of limited resources and time we could spend on doing something else or playing another sport. These guys play as if they are playing against each other, lack of cohesion, lack of passion and lack of interest. Out of this group I would keep only 8-10 players...defense need a complete overhaul and midfield need so much work. A new coach is needed as well.

We made some mistakes but the team needed that consistency in defense lowe and topey are the future. We have a great core just need more games and stick with the players. Only US and Mexico are ahead of us right now.

Am not complaining but i think watson need to be out and i also think he should really play more youth in this jamaica team and i think his choice of selection was always off and i think this team should be more organize and creative. Jus not enough to show you are ready for better things
