I think my blender would broke if there is no liquid inside, once I try with a little water and it still have chunks because there wasn't enough water. For me I would pour water and blend with the meat after cooking and then add thickner as its too watery cause all the blender I own has to be watery to work, its cause I use 30$ blender

THAT'S NOT PUREE, MY MUM WOULD COUGH FROM THE CHUNKS, IT HAS TO BE SMOOTH

Might want to sate that it's food processor as my blender can't blend without liquids, I've broke a blender before thinking I can blend peasants to make peanut butter

That's not puree it's soft and moist consistency.
