Yesterday an update was discovered on Rockstar's website that seemed to show the Switch getting support for a subscription service tied to Grand Theft Auto V. For Prime Day the Xbox got a new bundle, that saw some controversy with the marketing that was used.

That Gears job listing looks like they're looking for a hire who has experience with online infrastructure in general, hence the use of the word "OR" and not that they're looking for someone with PSN experience specifically. Sounds like people reading into that are really desperate for Gears to go to Playstation.

You are missing the main issue with the console games coming to iPhone, they are only available on iPhone 15 pro, which is a very small number of the total iPhone devices. No wonder the sales are low.

Nothing will ever top the OG xbox UI for me, blades is a close second but every release after has just felt too windows 8.1. I miss when consoles had super unique ambiance home screens with quirks (like PS2s boot up towers).

I mean... Rockstar might as well release GTA5 on the Switch. It has a huge install base, so people might buy it, and it technically already ran on XB360 and PS3, so the Switch should be very well capable of running GTA5.

Jesus that job listing does not confirm that gears e day is coming to playstation. They are saying that they are looking for someone who have experience online gaming platforms like xbox live or psn. Since most of the game media people haven't apply to a real adult job in their life, I understand why this happens.

Yea from the jump I knew games like Resident Evil, Death Stranding, & Assassin’s Creed would basically be tech demos to show off what Apple’s phones are capable of but games like that on phones aren’t practical. I can’t play any action games when I’m on the go because, at least in the city, you have to be aware of your surroundings & if you actually get immersed into the game then something bad could happen to you while that distracted.

I think Game Pass core and PlayStation Plus essential both need to be free. Maybe Sony and Microsoft would have more console sales like in the old days if these lower-tier subscriptions were actually free to the public, especially since they're only for internet not really for games. And model these two tiers after the steam store, where you will not be locked out of your games that you bought on both Xbox and PlayStation.😊
