Install MikroTik RouterOS on VirtualBox and configure with WinBox on Windows 10 virtual machine

In this video I tried to explain how to install MikroTik Router OS on Oracle Virtual Box and configure MikrotikRouter with WinBox application on Windows 10 virtual machine.

When I press Connect in WinBox i'am getting: Reason: connection refused. Will retry in 5 sec, and it never connects. Please help.
I can see the mac and ip addresses, it just refuses to connect and i have no idea why.
