L.O.I.C. aka Low Orbit Ion Canon

This is something I heard of while listening to a podcast while driving home. This Low Orbit Ion Canon is from what I understand is a form of Denile of Service attack. I am not mentioning this to cause trouble. I am bringing it up in this video to get me to look into how it works and how to defend against it.
