Hi guys! Today I am building an apartment building for the Lovestruck expansion pack! There are four units, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I hope you enjoy, thanks for watching!

I love the jacarandas! I used to live in an area of Argentina where jacarandas lined the streets and they were so beautiful in the spring when they were flowering. I don't think they're overpowering at all because in places where they have jacarandas there are always a ton of them (even in a lot of neighborhoods in LA). A green swatch could've been nice though since they aren't usually flowering year round and are green other times of the year. A pile of fallen purple flowers on the ground would've been great since they're constantly shedding and making a huge mess lol

As for sims, maybe a young adult who has just graduated from university and begun her career as a romance consultant. After university, she moved in with her grandma, (the young adults grandpa) who had recently lost her husband (from old age). The young adult doesn't have a lot of money so she moved into her grandma's apartment to not only help her grandma but to also help herself get started in life. Maybe the young adult has only had bad experiences with love. She picked the career because she is a hopeless romantic however she's clumsy, socially awkward, but extremely smart. She beauty but she hides behind baggy clothes and big ole glasses because she isn't very confident in herself. Maybe her grandmother helps her, giving her advice, trying to set her up with other sims. The grandmother is very generous, has lots of friends, maybe in a book club or bingo. The grandmother is also an awesome chef, but mostly for family and friends. While the grandmother spends time with other little old ladies in the book club they all discuss setting their grandkids up with the others grandkids. Maybe another lady in the building has a grandson that lives with her. The grandson is a handsome handyman. He's very popular with sims both female and male but the romance consultant has caught his eye after a blind date their grandmothers set them up on. 🤷🏻‍♀️ he's looking for someone who is more than just looks. He found it all with the neighbor girl!

Definitely a vlogging/lifestyle couple who just moved to Ciudad Enamorada but they're originally from somewhere colder. The lifestyle change is taking a toll on their relationship but they're trying to keep positive for the vlog since they've made it their full time careers now.

I feel like furniture items mix well with other packs really well. I’ve had fun mixing and matching the pieces. This complex is really cool so far. Excited to see it completed

I definitely agree about the buy items. We are paying $40 for these expansion packs, so I expect to have complete furniture sets (ones that are cohesive with each other) and all 3 wall height windows & doors. It's frustrating when you're trying to build something that is all one style.
On a different note this build is awesome & I agree that the build items are nice with this EP. 💚

I was thinking that an apartment should be for a street artist who is an hip hop dancer and just moved in the city hoping for someone to notice him. I would love to see how you would decorate for him, the second bedroom could be a little dance studio😊❤❤
