The cool thing about Tifa and Aerith triangle is that even though they are supposed to be "Rivals" they like each other a lot and imply that if it wasn't for some certain event, they would be best buddies forever.

The even have synchronous actions at times, in a way that you can't help but wonder if they wouldn't mind sharing Cloud if the deal was presented in optimal fashion.
