Ive got these in my living room and they are fantastic. Plenty loud enough and coming from floor standers I didn't miss the bass. I think the bass is fantastic on them. Yes if your into Hip Hop or very bass heavy styles a sub would be essential but for most of the music i listen to the bass is great, focused and not flubby and crystal clear. Great speakers.

I would've preferred a coaxial input to go along with that optical input, just for that extra smidgen of flexibility, but for the most part, seems like a bad little stereo active speaker setup👍

I have a question if a KLIPSCH R-8SW R8SW subwoofer is enough for these speakers to enrich the bass when listening to music and watching movies ? Or do you need a more powerful subwoofer ?
