CABBAGE SOUP, Borsch with Daisy Light Sour Cream
1 large minced onion
½ tsp. salt and black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small head green cabbage, shredded
1 beet, sliced
1 by leaf
3 carrots, sliced
4 medium potatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
4 cups stock
Cook 30 minute until all vegetables are tender. Add 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley. Use precooked beef , if wanted.
Serve with Daisy Light Sour Cream
