Το ντοκιμαντέρ καταγράφει τις μνήμες της τραγικής εποχής του ξεριζωμού ,από τις χαμένες Πατρίδες της Μικράς Ασίας και τη συμφορά της προσφυγιάς στη Μητέρα Πατρίδα .Οι πρόσφυγες ξεπέρασαν τη σκληρή τους μοίρα και ρίζωσαν. Έφεραν μαζί τους τις θύμισες από τη γη που έχασαν ,τις χιλιόχρονες ρίζες τους, που κομματιάστηκαν από τις Πονεμένες Παναγιές, που πήραν η άφησαν πίσω, στις Αλησμόνητες Πατρίδες τους.
The documentary records the memories of the tragic era of uprooting, the lost homelands of Asia Minor, and the refuge of the Mother Fatherland. The refugees overcame their tough fate and rooted. They brought with them the reminders of the land that they lost, their millennium roots, which were scrawled by the Painful Virgin Mary, who they took or left behind, to their Unforgotten Homes.
