Raila is very smart, everytime when the elections nears, he makes frequent visits to Western regions to promise them about solving the sugar industries but look what he did in Kisumu city? he has made Uhuru and his government spend BILLIONS to reconstruct Kisumu city, all the streets and roads in Nyanza region (Siaya, Migori, Sondu, Homa Bay), he refurbished fish industry and Kenyatta national stadium in Kisumu not to mention the Kisumu Airport..Raila takes care of his own but not other regions...even Kibera where he led for more than 20yrs as the elected member, they still use "flying" toilets, bure kabisa...Mulember community be smart this time.
