In this episode of Riichi Mahjong Guide, we go over a couple of triplet-based yaku, toitoi and san ankou, as well as a special yaku: chiitoitsu. These are yaku that you would consider going for if you have several pairs in your hand.

If you make a closed kan does that count as a concealed tripled for San Ankou? I'd assume it does but can't be too sure.

@8:00 you say you automatically get 2 ura dora because everything in your hand is a pair. Why? Is that just a rule?

Winning a chiitoitsu hand awards you 25 fu, but if you declared Riichi and Ron, do you get another 10 fu added to the 25 fu awarded for chiitoitsu?
