The Manly to Spit Bridge Coastal Walk is one of Sydney's best walks, with beautiful harbour views. It's a 10-km moderate walk but some parts are fairly challenging. Most people walk from the Spit to Manly, which is a good way to do it and you get to finish at the beach in Manly. I discovered that walking from Manly to the Spit is easier as some of the more challenging sections are downhill...

just wanted you to know you inspired me to make videos of my walks too! im a beginner walker and i did spit to manly last weekend. toughest walk for me so far! hope to do the longer walks you feature in the future

I think both would be awesome, though easing into the hike makes it easier. Going uphill can be a challenge but I usually forget all about it once we reach the top and see how worth it was! I went for a short visit to Manly but did not get to hike, hopefully one of these days!
