There is one area that I don't see many people or sites review and that is repair. I work for a cell repair shop and I can tell you that the one plus was one of the most difficult phones I have ever worked on. Replacement parts, at the time, were hard to come across as well such as the lcd, glass, battery, housing. Nowadays it's easier to find the parts because they already launched one plux x and one plus two. The phone is GREAT. It's real bang for your buck but prepare yourself for the worst if luck is not on your side. The most common issue I see is cracked screen and I'm talking in general all cell phones. Apple will always have an advantage because they have the genius bar and a service center you can personally walk into it or arrange appointment. Thank you.
