I drove my 2000 through the Rockies on my honeymoon in 72. Low seats on this one looks great. It would cruise at 125 mph comfortably. Still have the glovebox sticker.

wow that looks like my old 67 1/2 (one of 500 made - 250 sent to USA)! I owned it many years ago, i live in MA. I got it from a body shop that the owner never paid for the new red paint job. This Colorado car had a great body even tho it sat under a tree in a yard with NO top for a few years, most of the chrome was off the car due to being repainted (think all the chrome was in car tho). I just turned the car around... didnt drive it much as it had a syncro prob in trans. Sold it to a CA restorer who specialised in these cars, he was an exporter to Japan... too bad i didnt keep it... cha ching! P.S. it was my 2nd 2000...the other one was a fully restored 69 CA car. These cars are a LOT of fun!

Top down, clutch in and massive revs to get a reverberating ear-blast of engine under a bridge was classic car club run behavior!

What distinguishes this car as a 67 1/2 vs a 67 besides the vin? My brother's estate has a 67, 1600. I loved to drive it as a kid. Unfortunately I heard it's in poor shape.

I purchased a 1967.5 2000 in 1974 for $400 in Portland OR. Spend 3 month and $2100 in parts to completely restore the car. One of the ncool things about the 1967.5 2000 with the comp package you got a speedo that goes to 160 mph vs 140 mph on the 135 HP stock engine. To this day I regret selling the car. Got married and needed a 4 passenger car (Datsun Sentra MPG)

Great looking car. I own a 67.5 1600. I wonder if I would be more hesitant to drive a 2000 model of the same year.

It is missing the head rest, also some of the chrome had silver frost paint for example the quarter window frames. This is a fantastic example of my all time favourite car.

I own the lowest known VIN 1966 Datsun Roadster SPL311-00010. I used to also own a low number 67 but I sold it.

If someone removes those stickers from the glass I would cry.
