So i made this big hit but the 1st taste of mac and cheese i was like eh hubby loved it took me reheating it trying it couple days later to like it. It has a very light flavour but its good for low cal high protein. Will be making again!

Add light butter? You’re better of just using proper butter. Light butter is a mix of seed oils and and margarine which are terrible for you…
