In this video I replace the front brake discs and pads, replace the hydraulic accumulator on the Teves ABS brake system, and as a bonus I manage to get the kick-down working for the automatic transmission.

I rebuit these whole assemblies off the car not too long ago. Something to be aware of-the bolt between the steering arm, the caliper, and the hub, had some circular shims on it that you have to be sure go back in the correct places. Their purpose is to ensure the caliper is perfectly aligned with the disc & not skewed to the side, & also ensure that there is no 'tension' within the steering arm piece once it is fully torqued up. due to manufacturing tolerances, shims are necessary for this. I replaced my calipers with remanufactured ones, & needed to add a washer between caliper/steering arm to ensure everything was straight/not stressed. Hope that makes sense.

What a fantastically complex calliper/knuckle arrangement, one of these things that takes the mickey out of you for 30 minutes and then almost falls in place. Now, was the bolt given a flat to provide non-rotation, or did it just need a little buff to clear that other part?
