For the AFK method you could also unawakened Quake in the same spot and use V and it'll work, but if you dont have or cant get Quake you can use Rumbles C ability (awakened or unawakened both work) on top of the haunted castle roof and it still works, but only on 1 enemy sadly.

btw if you want to get more eficent about afk farming you can equip laws hat(or any other hat that makes cooldwons lower) and turn your race to ghoul(v3 makes cooldwons lower(that is optinal))for more eficent grindding.

one easy way is find a sv full of hacker and wait at cake island for them to spawn dough prince, all u need to do is kill the boss with them. It kinda unethical but it work out.

The best way are: Sea beast hunt (250 frags for 1x kill), elite hunt (100 frags for 1x kill), Dummy quest (200 frags).

There is no point in mentioning that sea events can't spawn in the first sea as you can't buy anything with frags in the first sea
