This video was honestly so helpful!
I found it so helpful that I actually wanted to provide some feedback.
There were some gems in this review that so many other videos have been lacking.

Approaching it from a "memory hoarder" perspective made your review far more accessible to a wider audience of viewers.
(I can identify with the struggle... my iphone ALONE is currently at 38, 000 photos/videos)

So many people are looking to use these NAS systems as an alternative to an external drive, simply to store photos and videos.

For the most part, any reviews I've watched on NAS systems thus far seem to be geared more toward the tech or hardware savvy who are looking to use these devices in a far more complex manner.
I'd imagine they'd be incredibly difficult to follow for those with more simple needs.
(I personally have a decent understanding of tech and hardware, but I'm more of a web developer, so my knowledge isn't vast.)
It was refreshing to see someone who catered to a little of both.



I also noticed you showed the accompanying software and how user-friendly it was, still haven't seen that done yet by others, which makes me have to research more thoroughly to find out what (if any) associated software is included with other devices.

Man the amount of time your put in your editing... seriously, you NEED to be bigger on youtube !
I might be a white guy, but still, this kind of product will be useful for me because of all the backup and music data I can store (I already have more than 1TB music). I just wish they were a bit cheaper but I guess they aren't too bad considering the apps and cloud apps.

Ya' got this PR4100 3 years ago and the OS5 went fine a few months ago, but then another auto-update, bricked it, WD said out of warranty, tried the 4/40 reset, and over a week with "tech support" all done with WD, QNAP here I come, Beware WD hardware beyond the drives.

Tell me ...Is it necessary to add a period between each word in the movie title? I have already converted everything I Have to MP4. and put everything in folders as to SCI FI Action and so forth.

Do the two ethernet ports on it allow you to us a bonded connection with it (assuming that made a difference in the first place) ? One cable handles downstream, one cable handles upstream.
