Just another great lesson, thank you Ethan! You can't understand how much your channel has helped me with improving my English, especially speaking! I think it's safe to say that when I listen to natives I can understand 80% of their speech :D

I recently read a quote "the time you stop making mistakes the time you stop learning" mess isn't important of the end of the day because the more experience you had the more progress on yourself. Enjoy the process and love it!

For anyone who want to learn vocabulary and sentence through this video:
goes poorly: does not go well
going about: the way you go about a task or problem is the way you approach it and deal with it
entrepreneaurialism has to do: having qualities that are needed to succeed
run at the problem: run towards them in order to attack them
run away from: if you run at it, you deal with it instead of running away from it
settle down: become calm :
putting in lots of hours into things: spending time or effort to do it
really up through: emphasize the length of time that you were doing sth

in a sense
at the core of: the basic and most important part of sth
endeavor: an attempt to do sth, especially something difficult, new or original
someone who's got a lot of baggage
end ups: you do that thing or get into that state even though you did not originally intend to

deprivation: the damaging lack of material benefits considered to be basic necessities in a society:
figurative: departing from a literal use of words, suggest part of that meaning
In a more figurative sense
I think that's true
recalibrate: calibrate (sth) again or differently
justify: show or prove to be right or reasonable
metaphorically: in a way that uses or relates to metaphor; figuratively.
baggage: to refer to the belief and feelings that you have which influence how you think and bahave
paradoxical: seemingly absurd or self- contradictory
it's kind of like a paradoxical in that sense that

Okay, before this video I was sure about my brilliant business vocabulary. What a mistake! After whatching this I am sure I can use only some accounting words correctly, as: accrual, prepayment, assets... This is the most difficult video for me here ever! But thank you! We need that mirror. It was very difficult to me but I learnt a lot. Thank you again!

Hi, Ethan. 🤗 I hope you’re doing well. I’m an English teacher and use your lessons to teach to my students cuz they’re natural and authentic. I just wanted to say that your channel is a site for teachers as well. Keep it up. 👍 o0h 🤓 by the way, recently, I’ve watched an animation titled “Arcane” by two giants, Netflix and Riot. The language is so pure; I suggest that you go for it. GL ❤️
