She was planning to leave him and get a divorce after her kid birthday, in rage he kill her, the noise freak out his kids, so he sent them out to the backyard while he wrap up the body, stuff her in the freezer in the garage. Most likely someone in his family was involved in the disposal of the body, and he had to have help to clean up the crime scene. The husband or someone close to Larry knows where the body is located.
