In August 2022 I took myself off for a short hike and wildcamp in the Brecon Beacons. I decided to do the famous horseshoe hike but added my own extension to it, meaning that I started and finished at Talybont Reservoir. The intention was to camp up on the mountains but it was so windy and rainy on the day that I had to come down to Neuadd Reservoir, hence the weird detour. Hope you enjoy.
