at 4:27, i would not let my supplier label my boxes and take the risk of seeing my business overtaken by my supplier who will instantly know the reason for the shipment. Don't forget that Chinese companies can now join Amazon central and sell right from amazon in the US or Europe. This is also why we should always use FOB + sender port and EXW so that the supplier will not be able to see our routes. For sure EXW is the best for "privacy" because in this case, the supplier does not see how much stuff you send by air or sea freight. You are from the UK. Are you aware of the stories related to shops selling CCTV products? Some Chinese suppliers join amazon central in the UK and sell CCTV right from amazon UK at a very low price. This kills all the businesses selling CCTV in the UK.

Hi Vik, excellent video. Those quotes on Freightos, do they include warehouse storage and labelling fees once they get to the US waiting to be picked up by Amazon UPS/Fedex ? If not, is this something you would need to arrange with the freight forwarded on the side?

After booking a freight forwarder on freightos, I received an email from them that in order to release the shipment from the customs at the final destination (Amazon Fulfilment centre, USA) I will need a physical entity in the US or vat number with all the company information or I could pay an additional $100 to use their physical enity. Please, is this normal or am I being ripped off?

The supplier is under no obligation to put the product on pallets unless stated otherwise with the incoterms arranged...
