Here's how to permanently delete a Roblox Account. You will not be able to recover a permanently deleted Roblox account.

How To Delete Roblox Account :
Log in to your Roblox account on a browser
Click on Settings and select 'Help'.
On the Help page, click on 'Contact us' at the bottom of the page
On the Contact us page, find the 'Support Form' link and click on it
On the support form, ask Roblox to delete your account and explain why you need the account deleted.
