Gon's right. Killua can't feel the same, and even when Gon is his priority, he doesn't empatize with his feelings here bc he didn't feel special for kite. or leorio, or kurapika. or anyone. what hurts is the fact that they never had a real conversation about this, that ended up being their reason to split up. they needed a break from each other. Gon didn't even apologize. It's ok, Killua didn't care that much compared to Gon, but he left Killua behind. when they did everything together, always.

Although I do agree that Gon was in the wrong for what he said and hurt Killua like no other can. How do people not sympathize with Gon where he lost Kite someone connected to his dad and he has to fight the urge to kill the person right in front of him.
