Mayor Honey Lacuna please relocate these poor people affected by flooding to safer places. Do not allow them to illegally settle along the edges of the coast lines or river systems because that is totally unsafe. As a mayor you have the authority and responsibility to implement the law. The law says that squatting is illegal and should not be tolerated. These settlements can cause blockage of our waterways and drainage system which causes flooding!

BBM ! Research how Canada waste management works ! You can find many measures to control the waste disposals ! Look into your DAM maintenance! The DAMS are eroded, old ! Build new DAMS ! Plant more trees ! Not enough giving people food & places to stay !ok into your environment’ ‘ Climate change is not the only reason ! Educate people the efficient waste disposals ! Provide standards of containers for each kind of waste !

You can do nothing except get out of that situation if you can. The Filipino people face that situation every year. I don't think the flood situation in the Philippines will be resolved. Sadly, this will be the new normal now.
