What an awful experience! Hopefully it improves with these older 787-8s and -9s respectively as rest assured they are getting the new cabin upgrade retrofits with the same cabin found on the newer 350s. 380s are going to get the new cabin soon, so fingers crossed these issues are short lived! You flew G-ZBJB which is the one which had the nose gear collapse last year too :)
