Fix- Visual Studio cannot start debugging because the debug target

Tips:-
1) check main method 'M' is capital or not
2) check semicolon
3) console:- use 'C' capital (in my case problem solved)

Close the VS app and restart it again creating a new project or folder . It worked for me .

Most of the time, when this error occurs, it isn't a syntax error. The problem that I am having is that I have Visual Studio installed on a different hard drive, D, which is an SSD. Visual Studio, when trying to compile, is automatically pointing to somewhere on the C drive. Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks.
