the “fake clone” trick never works in unranked and lower elo, they always assume that whatever is an enemy, is an enemy

Qotd : I really enjoy the clone. I use it a lot as a shield, to get through smokes, to parry operators. Very interesting to create plays, to.create space. And tons of fun.

The clone is win-lose in low elo since they shoot everything so can’t really fake being a clone but at least you can blind them since they’re a bit brain dead

Yoru was my first agent unlock before i knew anything about valorant and mained him even after i learned he's one of the most hated agents and the rework just put a smile on my face

I have a yoru play. You throw a gate crash and follow it using your ult. when it stops, you fake activate it and place a decoy on it. The enemies will assume you just got out of a gatecrash tp, and shoot the decoy, but you actually just got out of ult and shot them when they were blind.(They will shoot the decoy because decoys can't tp so they'll know it's you. What do you guys think?

for the fakeout, you can make it look a bit more real by walking it into a wall at an angle so it moves towards the peek and is looking at the enemy

Struggled for a while to find a main in Valorant. Seems like Yoru is perfect for my playstyle - aggressive with a touch of mindfuckery.

There's one defect in the yoru clone though. If you have a skin, and you don't use the skin for the specific gun, your clone will have the skin which you have selected for that gun, doesn't really matter though

TIP FOR CLONE FAKE IN LOW ELO:

Low Elo players will always shoot the clone. The best way to combat this is buy a clone every round and send it out every time. They will shoot it enough times and eventually learn that you “always” send it out first and it isn’t you. NOW you can fake them out after a few round of doing this.

I tried the fake clone trick but heres a tip: U must use it repeatedly in rounds so that when your enemies gets used to it they have a chance to ignore it. 2 person ignored it but when I turned around there was an enemy in the back and killed me.

Edit: You can also use the blindside and then use a clone when the enemies know youre there but quickly teleport to their backs.

Actually I think enemies get notified when you are in their LoS regardless how far or how close you are (basically as long as they are looking in your direction they will get notified on their hud, I think this also applies when yoru looks at the enmy as well but I havent tested that yet)

The gate crash tp should be shorter duration in my opinion because lets say youu are in a 2v1, people are shooting at you and you dont have your main weapon equipped then you remember your gatecrash, you try to tp there but in the middle of teleporting you die.

one of my favorite things to do is ult and stationary clone and gatecrash at the same place, in a pretty visible place, then, activate both to make it look like u teleported
