Hi. I need help. I am trying to get an answer to a study guide question which asks which entry forms are available for entity, item, other record. What do they mean by this question? Oracle videos do not answer this question.

Thank you for the tutorial but the information was in such small font that I couldn't read it very well. I couldn't keep up with you because you went through so much information all at once. I am wanting to learn some basics. I wish you would make several videos as well so that this lesson can be more detailed with basics for entry vs changing forms vs the information in the form. I thought the program would show emails, notes, tasks, etc. That have occurred for the customer but I never saw that information.

The Video was good but was very fast and bit confusing for new learner. You can make two or three separate Videos to understand the concept properly.
