There are some manufacturers of UEFI BIOS that have an automatic backup function as well (Asus for example has an option for reloading either last known configuration or restoring original settings). Just something to take note of when poking around in any UEFI BIOS.

That`s a really good video showing UEFI as my both PCs are with the legacy BIOS, so I have no idea how it looks day when i buy a new PC will find out :)

Feeling a little overwhelmed. I am starting an A+ course this week and know next to nothing about computers. Hopefully watching your videos will help.

I am working toward a CPA, but believe more & more that Accountants need to have a strong I.T. Security side to their training as financial information can only be as accurate and secure as the accounting staff can assure it to be, including I.T. risks.

+Professor Messer, I'm planning to take my 801 exam in March, then after June to take my 902.

Would will be possible to get my Comptia A+ certificate or I need to take both exams in the same series?

So what happens if someone forgets password for a uefi bios password? Is it the same as the old way where you can just remove the battery?

I'm taking A+ course from 04/25/2026 - 06/2/2016. the 801, 802 expires june 30th . that means I have to pass my exam before June 30th . if I fail the exam expires on . what is your advice to me please ?
