Little detail I noticed: Claire and Masrani mostly address the Indominus as ‘it’ because they see her as just an animal. While Owen addresses the Indominus as ‘her’ because he understands it’s more than an animal and truly an intelligent being.

One of the more frightening aspects is how good her camouflage is. Even rewatching scenes like this and in Camp Cretaceous, it’s basically impossible to realize she’s camouflaged until she starts moving, even when you know where to look.
