In This Mod, What if things could be different? What if you could save her? This question plagued the minds of most people after finishing the first act of DDLC. Salvation goes on to answer this question. After narrowly avoiding one tragedy, the members of the club get into an accident. Monika is forced to stay at the hospital and Sayori has to take up the mantle of club president in her absence. However, as you grow closer to the other girls Monika has to realize a dark truth. How far are you willing to go to save them? Do you have what it takes to be her Salvation?

Instantly realized the music after Sayori finally steps off the chair is a less terrifying version of "Sayo-nara" from the original game. That jingle still haunts me.

Not very fun fact: Sayori, judging by the original game, would not have died instantly if she hung herself. In the original game, you can see her shirt partially undone at the top and her hands bloody. That means that she sat there in the noose, questioned her decision, decided to try and escape, struggled to get out, while slowly suffocating to death. Poor girl. I have never felt so bad for a fictional character before...

Today i had to stop my girlfriend from commiting suicide and this hits different now. When you're watching this it's so easy to think that in the MC's position, you would know exactly what to say to cheer her back up. I can now say from experience, it's not like that at all. That had to be the most lost and helpless i've ever felt in my life. All i could do was tell her the first romantic babble that came to my head and hope that it works.

This mod is legit perfect. It keeps the ddlc aspect with monika being bat shit crazy and all. But it also adds like 80 types of new shit which is insane.

This almost had me crying, not because of how I feel about the character but because I know a lot of people that have struggles with suicide and so it's very easy to place myself in the shoes of the player here.

Kudos to this mod for being one of the best wholesome mods for ddlc despite the dark stuff in it. Sayoris death was really rough to handle for the first time and seeing her and all the others pull thru made my day
