The guy in the blue shorts isn't just doing the choreography, he's living it!

My ADHD seriously wants to convince me, that I can do this. Meanwhile I'm 40, with two kids, a full time job and struggling with chores.

My favorite parts:
0:32: one guy comes in waking all zombies up
1:22: this new melody kicks in, some dancers come from behind the camera with that mesmerizing walking pattern and blue lights
1:58: the way ladies go left, like a wave in the body (look at the lady with black bra)
2:02: those men come into scene with that sideway thingy :D
2:08: of course, the spotlight of the whole dance. I don't know why this part is so catchy, but I noticed it's not just the fantastic guy with blue shorts, but also all the other dancers have this 'look at this' movement at first 2, 3 seconds before they slowly join in with him and face the camera. All and all, the camera movement is also choreographed I think.
2:13: this dance, which is also seen throughout, is also very interesting. Gives me good vibes (legs wide open, half-way squat and hands locked in together going back to right and reverse)
2:24: cool hands up stuff
2:38: camera shot at this scene is very brilliant, focusing on the girl with a headband.
2:40: those kungfu like moves, I really like too.
2:54: again, the way the new wave come from left side of the screen backwards with hands up. Mesmerizing dance moves
3:17: the lady in the middle throws her hands in way with this demeanor, as if she is suggesting something and then dismissing it.

Final thoughts:
This whole thing is very enjoyable and synced nice to the music beats although very simple. Highlights for me is how Martha introduces this zombie, cult feeling movements, the way waves of dancers come in and go out, transition and that moment at 2:08 which is at the peak point of music, is also the peak point of the choreograph.

As someone who doesn't know anything about dancing, but works in video production, I love how the camera is an active participant in the choreography. A lot of dances I've seen are filmed with a simple frontal camera, understandably because that's how one would usually view a dance in theater, on a stage. However, in this video, the creators understood that the camera itself can be used and choreographed with that in mind, the dancers coming in and out of the frame as needed, adding to the flow and rhythm of the dance. Very well done!

I know nothing about dance and saw this on Instagram, watched it like 300 times. There’s such an incredible mix of like prickly sharp cutting movement and then fast wavy and airy movement… I’ve never seen anything like this! Excuse me while I play it again…

This is the most stunning piece of choreography/dance I’ve seen in years! Endlessly captivating and mesmerising, boundlessly creative and beautiful. Incredible vision by Martha, incredible talent by the dancers, and great filming by the crew all melded together to make this possible. Thank you all 🙏🏻 (and HOW THE HELL has this masterpiece only got 2.5k views?!?!)

I know absolutely nothing about dance, but I can say this is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen.

This is a masterpiece. The level of movement fluidity but with hard precision makes the dance very energetic. The detail density of individual movements that are very similar but mostly unique for each dancer is something that is difficult to grasp. It's like a very good art piece, the more you look, the more interesting it becomes.
