I'm more impressed with the stationary fs smith stalls! Good stuff!

The fact you popped it out is sick. To this day I still rely on doing them off the end of a rail or ledge.

One of my favorite trick in skateboarding, I do it everywhere like crazy

NOTE : it is less scarier than feeble grind but more difficult (and more beautiful)

I wish when I was skating I would’ve started not moving and just getting my trucks into place. That’s half the battle and you don’t need to be moving to learn that.

I could never learn fs smiths because I would never lean back enough and just slip forward. I think doing it stationary is way better. Good job dude

Go fast... U can already lock in it, roll in with confidence and fall down.

I love that you did it on a park bench the vibes seemed great to help keep the anger away

Props. I'm currently learning them on a low curb. Can't learn tricks stationary for the life of me however. I need at least slow movement

Thank you all for your comments and likes!
It gives me power to go faster!
I have uploaded a new video - "Homemade Grind Box". I was trying to redo Smith, but as I see on videos then I do not lock in correctly/fully...will redo it again some sunny day :)

one tip that really helped me was just going much faster. for me it was a lot easier going with a good pace. but might not work for everyone

Nice I never was able to do smith grinds. I could BS feeble a flat rail though.

I wish I would have tried learning this way when I was a kid skating....practicing the movement without actually trying to do the full trick. Instead I would just go at everything full speed and fall 50-100+ times until I got the hang of it. Now that im 32 just getting back into skating im being a little smarter about it, lol.

Ur friend in the back is giving me very "waiting for the one kid to get off the arcade fighter for once so someone else can play" vibes

I did something similar, but how I really learned the grind was doing it Nollie first.

Easier with speed...when get up there in that smith position and lock it in you can just sail across the bench or rail then pop out and roll away...

Ive never seen anyone learn it stationary. Interesting.

The key is to keep a good amount of pressure on the tail. Don't put much pressure on the front; just hold it low. Balance over the back truck. 😉👉👉

Hell yeah dude. Ive never had the balls to front smith. I can still pull a bs Smith but something about front side spooks me. My feet are really big and it feels like I'm gonna catch my toes and eat shit
