Gopro Deshake Problem on Biplane

I have a deshake problem with some footage filmed from the rudder of a historic biplane (Focke Wulf FW 44). The camera was not dempened to vibration which caused some ugly concentric vibrations in the footage. Is there any (affordable) way to remove the shake in post processing?

I tried Virtualdub Deshaker 3.0, unfortunately without any acceptable results so fare....

Hey there, bit of a late reply from when this was posted! But I've got to try and achieve a similar shot in a tv show I'm filming using a biplane, were you able to solve the vibration/turbulence problem with any other isolating mount or solution..? Thanks!
