Each release presents fresh takes on the label’s original productions by both XYZ stalwarts and newcomers alike. This series is a chance to connect artists from across the musical spectrum in the pursuit of unique and unexpected tracks. For the second release in the Diversions series, XYZ has collected an eclectic mix of producers dripping with quality.

An early favorite of the XYZ team as his career was just taking off, Facundo Mohrr is a name at the tip of many tongues. One of the most forward thinking producers in the deep & melodic scene, Mohrr is surging onto the international scene, asserting himself as the biggest taste-maker to come out of Argentina since Hernan Cattaneo.

Making his debut on the label, Facundo connects with fellow All Day I Dream veteran DSF on his funky number Fraoula. Mohrr elongates the arrangement, creating a rising groove with subby undertones. The remix continues the acid-influence from Bortz’s remix, giving Fraoula a distinct edge under the lighter notes from the original production. A peak hour tune!
