RX 550 was made to run at 720p, 900p is too much for it I believe it would run there at 40 to 45 fps in 720, and it is still possible to reduce the resolution scale a little

If the game runs that good on RX580 at FHD it should be the new minimum requirement for like idk 720p 60fps.
Could you try the RX580's local multiplayer tho? Supposedly it's way more demanding so
