Bee Gees - Stayin' alive BASS COVER (with tabs and Sheet)

From the genius musicians behind the amazing soundtrack from "Saturday night fever", today we learn this amazing Disco Bass line, as recorded by Maurice Gibb on 1977 Bee Gees' soundtrack album.
The lesson to learn from this line is: what you don't play is even more important of what you play sometimes. And in dancing styles like this, rests and note duration control are basic tools to develop if you want to sound right playing this style. Harmony is quite easy, a few chords repeated, it is rhythm where you have to pay attention here.

Thanks for this, excellent tab. I like many others didn't realize how sparse the bass is until I'm learning it now for a gig, but it's so funky and shows how great the song overall is that it feels so cohesive. 

Also it sounds like you put a little stank on that G# at the 4:00 mark, hell yeah.

Qualche dubbio sulle otteve un po’ dissonanti, ma aldilà dell’accordatura, strumento e regolazioni e dispositivi digitali che a volte fanno veramente del macello, sei davvero bravo. Sei il bassista che tutti sognano di avere perché suoni semplice (un brano molto complicato ritmicamente) ma con una precisione davvero molto buona. Bravissimo!
