Your progression is nuts man. Best I have pressed is 156kg (345 pounds) and it took me decades to get there. You're getting there in months. Keep it up!

It’s funny how u guys in the comments think benching 140kg requires steroids 🫢

You can clearly see the difference in your form, back, shoulders, chest etc. the combo of the new physic and skills should be a good combo for upcoming matches. GL Buddy

Ryan do the arm wrestling machine last. Make sure the machine pulls 120 pounds back pressure, and side pressure all at the same time. No one will ever beat you brother. God bless Ryan!

Now you have one, just focus on getting that frequent exposure to the heavier load. As often as you can do it, do the 140kg.

A group of about 5 of my close mates and I have been training together since we were 12 (They let 12-year-olds in the gyms in Australia back then). I think once you cross a break point on your 1rm on bench, you should continue to work with the weight as often as possible. My friends and I when we hit chest work up to 1rm or close to it and stay at the weight for the next 6-7 sets. Pyramiding to the max on fundamental compound lifts. I'm 29 and I usually do 7 sets of 3 with three wheels on chest day. Forget any periodization emphasis, put more mental energy on the known variables of frequency, volume, intensity and load. Although the main goal is bodybuilding, and that's very unorthodox bb training, it gets you stronger - better at bench technically - and able to work with heavier loads over time feeds the size/strength correlation. You can still follow all your traditional training.

Keep it up Blue. These are the easy gains. When they slow it starts messing with your mind. Have your other lifts improved as well and I don't mean at same pace as bench press.
