My opinion as a Vlad main I can tell that healing in this season is a joke, its aways better to invest in damage. There are no more sustain long fight(in higher elo where people buy anti heal and abuse ignite) ignite alone is 60% and any anti heal item is 40%, just build dmg and you good to go.

what we learned from this video?

irelia players never accept that they will 100% lose the trade vs a enemy, they always try to outplay, some can outplay but sometimes they just go all in vs a fed toplaner who killed you two times before level 6 as we saw on the gameplay
