There are 8 flow direction and each flow direction have their own code in the X, Y coordinate system.

thank you for nice lecture . after draw arrow with symbology, is there any way to export only arrows? I would like to export it with dxf form.

you could just use Stream to Feature tool and pass flow direction raster as both raster arguments to get a drainage network. though it would look different
