This is sweet. ❤ When I would fast in high school (17 years ago. Lol) people would just eat in front of me. I didn't want to go to the lunch room but the teachers made me. When I told my mom she would tell me to stay strong. 💞

Long story short, a Muslim cook made my husband (non-Muslim) a meal during Ramadan (in the middle of the day) because my husband had forgotten his lunch and he couldn’t leave his post. It was a wonderful act of kindness that we still remember more than fifteen years later.

There's a student who is doing clinicals in our lab and she is muslim and I wished her a Happy Ramadan and I gifted her a hijab. I've been trying very hard to make her feel comfortable. She's been in the US for a long time and can't wait to go back home to her family but im going to miss her! She is the sweetest girl!
