Elly, great video. When I created SoapCalc the 38% 'Water as % of Oils' was selected as default for the safety of new soapmakers; less chance of volcanos and batch freezups. I no longer own SoapCalc having sold it quite some time ago. However it is still functioning just as I made it. All the Best to you.
